Testimonianze da chi ha frequentato "Miniature di Evoluzione" - Testimonials from "Miniatures of Evolution"

From May 7th to June 4th 2024, and then again from August 13th to September 10, I held the first two prototyping edition of the course Miniatures of Evolution. These are some of their testimonies released at the end of the course.

TESTIMONIES

"My capacity to act for sustainability, deep ecology, and regenerative culture developed during the course. During these weeks I stepped up to a new presence in supporting those recently graduated and those in training (Focusing and Feldenkrais®). I learned to pace my energy and to listen in new ways."

–– Katarina Halm,  M.A., GCFP (Feldenkrais®), CFT (Focusing)Thinking in Movement ~ a Community for Study and Practice https://thinkinginmovement.ca/

"I feel that your work is wonderful, courageous and necessary. I have given my full and honest feedback. I feel very grateful to have been part of this initiative, thank you very much for the opportunity"

-- Analìa Ladisa, Coordinator of Educational Services at Quinta Esencia - Ecological Literacy Centre,

"I have now reached didactic clarity of what to propose to the people in order to develop "ecological conscience".... and how the compost helps in our climate anxiety."

-- Alfo Palumbo,  Focusing Trainer, Argentina

Thank you for the spirit of generosity with which you share the course.
Attending the course, facilitated by an expert in both focusing and philosophy, was a transformative experience. The sessions were deeply reflective spaces where we explored not just ideas but how those ideas live within us. Your unique approach Meg, combining philosophical inquiry with the practice of focusing, helped me connect with my inner wisdom and sense of purpose in a more profound way.
What truly set this series apart was the emphasis on embodiment—on learning how to stay present with uncertainty and complexity, whether in personal growth or in navigating larger systems.
It wasn’t just about finding answers, but about learning to ask better questions and to feel into solutions from a place of clarity and groundedness.
If you’re looking for a course that integrates philosophical depth with down-to-earth tools for growth, I highly recommend joining the next cohort.

-- Etrit Shkreli, Difference maker | Facilitator | Curious learner | Ph.D. in Political Science

Dear Meg,

I receive this email as yet another illustration how generous you are! This brings me to the reflection that cultivating generosity is kind of a way, and may be a crucial one, in the process of growing towards action in the context of ecological crisis.Thank you for being a role model in that.

--Chris Van de Veire, Clinical Psychologist and Focusing Coordinator, Belgium

Thank you again Meg for all of your dedication and care during our 5 wonderful meetings. I really loved all the content and exercises connected with the meaning of my gesture. I am leaving this course as a much more conscious and certainly a better human being. I believe that the only way to make the world a better and safer place to live today and in the future is through connecting ourselves with our inner space and taking our own individual responsibility with ourselves, spreading the best of us to our relationships in order to make our positive impact and consequently be the change we would like to see in the world.

Hello everyone! I need to say a big "thank you" to all of you
and especially to Meg.Thank you also to Chris for the Focusing time we had together.
Such peaceful and beautiful time we had...
I now have (of course) a lot of questions but there is inspiration too
and that was what I was looking for: to be inspired (by Meg).
I wish you the best with your lives
and I hope we meet again, some time soon.

--Nikolaos Kypriotakis, Focusing Coordinator, Greece
